A Podcast of the Catechism of the Catholic Church
The Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) is a pretty large book, but it's also a pretty amazing book. It's over 900 pages long and can be a daunting read for many. Because of this and many other reasons, many Catholics have never read the entire catechism, and some have never read any of it. This is not a good thing since this book has so much that we need in our world today. It's the authentic teaching of the Church handed down by the Apostles of Christ. So given all of this, I thought I'd start a daily Catechism podcast where we read together a short little segment of the CCC. Our Catechism is divided into paragraphs and the total number has been divided over the course of a whole year (it works out to about 8 paragraphs a day).
The Daily Catholic Catechism Podcast began on January 1, 2013 and concluded December 31, 2013. Feel free to start from the beginning or jump in anywhere along the way.
The reading is from this version if you'd like to purchase it and read along. There's also this smaller, newer hardback version available that's pretty awesome. You can also read the Catechism online for free at the Vatican's website. I also found this page on the Vatican's site to be really interesting to learn about the history of the Catechism and other catechisms throughout church history.

Finally I have a pro-life email list through my parish, SS Philip and James in Baltimore, if you would like to join: http://eepurl.com/k4DgD
